Rent-to-Rent Service Technician (Light Construction Equipment Mechanic)

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Rent-to-Rent Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in launching and supporting Warhorse Rentals. Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing preventative maintenance & repairs (minor and major) on rental equipment
- Diagnosing issues with hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical operations
- Using root cause analysis to solve problems effectively
- Collaborating with Service Advisors and Managers to track repairs, parts, and additional needs
- Supporting the growth of a brand-new light construction & aerial equipment rental fleet
- 2 years’ experience as a service technician or mechanic (construction equipment preferred)
- Strong skills in hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics
- Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and light construction equipment a plus
- Basic tools of the trade required
- Comfortable with laptops and software (Microsoft Office, internet tools)
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to work in varied environments
