What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters
- Follow up on billing and ensure timely invoice submission
- Stay on top of claim cycles and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team while managing your own tasks
- Solve problems creatively and adapt to challenges as they arise
