The Junior Renewals Representative will gain a strong understanding of our small business loan products, target markets, and sales processes while developing essential industry skills. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients and support the senior sales team by handling loan-related inquiries, helping streamline the renewal process, and ensuring client requests are addressed promptly.Junior Renewals Representatives manage a high volume of outbound calls (120–150 per day) to current and previous customers who may be seeking additional capital through a renewed small business loan. Qualified and interested customers are then transferred to a Senior Sales Representative to complete the renewal.Essential FunctionsPlace phone calls, emails, and texts to assist past clients with new applications. Act resourcefully and in an innovative way to solve problems and complete tasks. Throughout the qualification process, you will learn to identify the specific needs of clients and how ECG’s products meet those needs. Reach out to inactive customers to understand their experience and attempt to bring them back to ECG for any future financing needs. Report to management on customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, and new prospects. Develop relationships with clients. Required Education and Experience 1 to 3 years of sales experience along with a track record of success and achieving goals and quotas.
