Position: Senior Sales Representative Bathroom Remodeling
Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take our sales to the next level!
Qualifications:
- Residential home improvement sales experience, closing two million or more annually
- Experience building rapport through open-ended questions
- One-Call Closer with an allergy to “maybe”
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- What We’re Looking For:
- A top closer ready to sell
- Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)
- High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality
- Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales appointments for Bathroom Remodeling Services
- Close high-value sales effectively, maintaining a 40% net closing rate
- Leveraging company software and sales process to increase interest during visit
- Accurately report results immediately after each appointment
