We are looking to hire an Onboarding and Training Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role includes but is not limited to development of training aids, onboarding/offboarding, system maintenance, identifying/enforcing best practices and ensuring consistency with regards to system usage.

What You’ll Do:
Systems Management & Integration
- Develop, maintain, and update our Franchise Management Software and CRM.
- Perform daily franchisee monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all software resources, systems, and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through owner feedback, test-and-learn initiatives, and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with business partners and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all systems are functioning as intended.
User Support and Training
- Optimize and maintain current training materials and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support user requests and implement best practices across the franchise.
- Facilitate and monitor training schedules of new hires to ensure consistent performance across all locations.
- Create and manage a company newsletter to keep all franchise owners informed of system updates, process changes, and important company news, ensuring content is clear, consistent, and high-quality.

- Experience training users on system functions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
