What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified leads (we set them for you!)
• Follow our proven, 5-step sales process — no guesswork, just results
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling
• Maintain strong communication and report results promptly
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales
• Track record of $500K annual sales preferred
• Strong closer with great listening and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends — where the best opportunities are!
