Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess bathroom remodeling needs
- Present and demonstrate bath solution products, packages, and pricing to homeowners
- Develop and close sales using proven consultative selling techniques
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and performance targets
- Follow up on leads generated through company marketing efforts and referrals
- Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software
Requirements:
- 1 years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable conducting one-on-one presentations in a home environment
- Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
Job Type: Full-time
- 100% Comission: $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
