About us

We renovate bathrooms in one day for homeowners and commercial properties across Northern Illinois, backed by a national franchise network and we are branching out to other offering within the Construction space starting in Q1 2027.

The role

You will be the first voice our customers hear. You will call every new inquiry within minutes, learn what the homeowner needs, and book a confirmed appointment with our sales team. This is a busy, phone-based role in our Belvidere office, with an automatic dialer and text system to keep the day moving.

What you will do

- Call new inquiries within 5 minutes and answer incoming calls

- Ask a few simple qualifying questions using our intake form

- Book appointments into our sales representatives' calendars

- Confirm appointments by phone and text the day before and the day of

- Follow up with homeowners over a 14-day cycle, and call past customers and open quotes

- Keep the CRM up to date and report daily numbers

What you bring

- 5 years in customer service, phone sales, appointment setting and inside sales - A clear, friendly and confident phone manner

- Comfort with a high-volume phone day and hearing "no" without losing energy

- Accurate typing and basic computer skills

- Reliable attendance at our Belvidere office

Nice to have

- Appointment setting experience in home improvement, construction or in-home sales

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

What we offer

- A full-time, in-office position, Monday to Friday during business hours

- Annual pay plus a bonus for every appointment that becomes a signed contract

- About one week of hands-on training, with scripts and tools provided
