If you have experience in bathroom remodeling, interior remodeling or have installed
Acrylic bath systems in the past and want to earn great pay, look no further. Five Star
Bath Solutions of Milwaukee is seeking qualified candidates to follow its
unique processes for installing high quality bathroom solutions throughout Southern Wisconsin.
Pay: Trained installers can earn $80-$125K yearly with growth
potential as well as production bonus opportunities.
Hours: Hours are Monday-Friday starting at 7:00AM
Job Summary
As a Bathroom Installation Technician, you play a critical role in our production
process. The majority of our jobs are completed in 2 - 3 days, with generally 2 jobs per
week.
We start by doing things right! We don’t cover up our customer’s problems or cut
corners in the work that we do, enabling you to deliver the highest quality solution for
our customers. We train our technicians to be professional craftsmen who deliver high
quality installations using proven processes and enabling our technicians to take great
pride in their completed project.
You will be removing existing bathroom structures and installing some of the most
modern, beautiful bath and shower solutions on the market today as well as flooring,
vanities and occasionally other light remodeling work.
You represent professionalism in your work, from your individual craftsmanship in
building the solution to the impeccable customer service we provide along the way, we
deliver a Five Star experience.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing the scope of work with the customer at the very beginning of the job
- Ensuring access through the customers home is protected at the start of the job
- Removing existing shower and bath structures
- Installing new high end shower and bath products
- Installing other various bathroom product as applicable from the contract
- Leaving a job site that is cleaner than it was when you arrived
- Performing a customer walkthrough at the end of your job to ensure their
complete satisfaction
- Watching your customer smile at the amazing job you just completed!

What we need from you?
- A positive, can do attitude is the number 1 requirement to be successful
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, deliver a quality job and follow defined
proven processes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to / from the job site
- Must be a U.S. citizen authorized to work in United States
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent Listening skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to speak fluent English, bi-lingual candidates are also preferential
- High school diploma
