Job Summary
We are a growing bathroom remodeling company seeking outgoing, motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent us at home shows, retail events, and community expos throughout the Atlanta area.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers—sparking conversations, generating interest in our bathroom remodeling services, and scheduling in-home consultations.
Duties
- Work company booths at events and home shows
- Engage attendees and introduce our bathroom remodeling services
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule free in-home consultations
- Create a positive and professional brand experience
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Reliable and punctual
- Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to events around Atlanta
Compensation
- $20/hour base pay
- $20 bonus per booked appointment (lead)
- $120 bonus for every completed sale from your leads
- Flexible schedule based on event calendar
- Top performers can earn significantly more with bonuses
