Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor, based in Anaheim, CA. The Automotive Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services while ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing detailed explanations of services, communicating with technicians to determine repair needs, and accurately preparing repair cost estimates. The role ensures that customers receive timely updates on the status of repairs and maintains a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes
- Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Service
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude or experience with automotive repair systems is a plus
- Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
- Must speak Spanish.
