Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required to assess budget, revenue, personnel, and operational needs
- Lead status update meetings on operational policies and procedures
- Travel to partner locations to assess operations, team functionality, and client relationship management
- Attend sales pitch meetings and present operational objectives
- Assist in the oversight of new partner/property openings – personnel, budget, gear procurement and installation, etc.
- Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
- Manage production agenda and budget
- Responsible for the overall successful operation of the Company
- Manage a diverse, multi-disciplined team of professionals
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and provide guidance and direction
- Liaise between other members of the leadership team and subordinates
- Evaluate subordinates, providing constructive feedback
- Manage employee concerns through collaboration with HR
- Contribute to the maximization of efficiency and productivity
- Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends
- Other related duties as required and/or assigned
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; MBA or master’s in related field is a plus
- 5 years significant experience in the industry; leadership or management experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate others
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Exceptional customer service or hospitality experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Planning Skills – able to effectively plan ahead
- Organization Skills – ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Problem Analysis – Ability to breakdown problems and find solutions
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required to operate a Company vehicle
