We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff in the delivery of ABA services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop individualized care plans aligned with clinical best practices.
- Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and state/federal regulations related to behavioral health.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and diagnostic evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in data collection, medical terminology, medical documentation, and managing medical records.
- Ability to perform patient assessments and conduct intake evaluations effectively.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.
