We are in search for a IT Field Technician to join the dynamic team of professionals providing world class IT services to its clients in the Boston, MA. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record to develop, implement, and support various initiatives in the area of IT Support.

Responsibilities:
- Attending customer support requests via phone, email or in person
- Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site
- Doing application deployments
- Follow change control process
- Managing servers and network equipment
- Document and follow procedures
- Work on projects and tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours
- Be available for off hours on-call rotation
- On-site visits to client site as needed
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- This is a Full-Time position
