Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agronomist. The position is based in New Holland, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Agronomist will advise and support farmers and growers, develop tailored crop management strategies, and promote sustainable agricultural practices. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, analyzing soil and plant health, developing fertilizer and pest management recommendations, and building relationships with clients. The role also consists of staying updated with the latest agricultural practices and technology to provide valuable guidance to customers.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition
- Strong understanding of Agriculture, including Precision Ag techniques and practices
- Experience in conducting Research to support innovative and sustainable solutions for growers
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with agricultural software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
