Jensen Orthodontics is looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves patient interaction, communicates confidently, and enjoys helping families understand their orthodontic options.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome new patients and guide them through their orthodontic journey

Present treatment plans and clearly explain financial options

Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and new patient consultations

Support both the clinical and front office teams as needed

Complete tasks assigned by the doctor or office manager
Qualifications:

Experience in orthodontic, dental, or medical front office preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional, friendly demeanor

Reliable transportation to work between both Plano locations
