Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time

Hashem Orthodontics is looking for a dependable and friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 1:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.
- Must be available to work at both office locations
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient visits
- Prepare and clean treatment areas
- Sterilize instruments
- Take X-rays, photos, and digital scans once trained
- Educate patients on braces, aligners, and oral care
- Keep accurate patient records
- Help maintain a clean and organized office
- Provide friendly and professional patient care
Qualifications
- Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus but not required
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to learn and accept feedback
- Friendly and comfortable working with patients
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to both locations
