Five Oaks Executive Group is hiring in partnership with an established mental health practice in Owensboro, Kentucky, seeking independently licensed therapists who want more control over their professional future.

What You'll Do
- Provide individual mental health counseling and therapeutic services.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain required documentation.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Manage your caseload while delivering ethical, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Kentucky LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license (required).
- Eligible to practice independently in Kentucky.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide services in the Owensboro, KY area.
Applicants holding non-independent licenses do not meet the requirements for this opportunity.
