Five Marketing Inc. is looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate to introduce Raleigh customers to LeafGuard’s revolutionary gutter system. The Entry Level Sales Associate will highlight how LeafGuard eliminates gutter cleaning and helps prevent water damage, driving sales through personalized customer engagement and thoughtful recommendations.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll receive training on LeafGuard's home improvement products and seamless gutter technology. The Entry Level Sales Associate will perform sales outreach that helps customers understand their options and choose the right exterior defense solution for their property.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Assist LeafGuard customers with questions, service requests, and general inquiries.
- Engage customers in professional conversations that support sales opportunities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and warranties.
- Identify customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a positive, friendly experience during every interaction.
