We are looking for full & part time - Baristas | Cashiers | Shift Leads at our Kendallville Location.
If you're a motivated, dependable, self-starter with a desire to work in a coffee shop, have a passion for providing customer service, then we may be just the team you’re looking to join!
Barista and cashier experience are major pluses but we are always willing to train! Looking for Full Time or Part Time over 18 applicants at this time or over 18 with flexible availability looking for at least 30 hours a week.
A great candidate is someone who can take and remember orders, has high energy, fun to be around, and can assist as a team player with all day-to-day operations of running the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Sets up and serves coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies.
Represents Five Lakes Coffee in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner with all customer and employee interactions.
Greets customers courteously, and interacts with customers in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner.
Serves customer beverage orders quickly, in proper portions, and with a customer first focus the Five Lakes Coffee way.
Relays relevant comments & concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
Consistently exhibits the ability to keep up with fast paced environment and does so calmly, accurately and efficiently.
