Human Resources Internship (Part-Time, Paid)

We’re seeking a motivated individual with an interest in Human Resources or Business Administration to join our Midtown Manhattan team. This part-time, paid internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on HR and business experience in a dynamic, global company that’s leading the way in the golf/sports and eatertainment space. You’ll be part of the team that helps support our employees and field teams and contribute to special projects across all areas of the business. Passion for golf is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide HR administrative support, including updating organizational charts, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining internal documentation.
• Manage the mail process across all locations, collecting, distributing, scanning, and organizing incoming mail.
• Support office operations, ordering and stocking snacks, beverages, and supplies to keep the space clean, organized, and well-supplied for the team.
• Support employee inquiries, answering day-to-day questions and directing employees to the right resources.
• Contribute to engagement and training efforts: coordinating care packages for employees, researching training resources, and helping create internal communication materials.
• Assist with company meetings, including tech support and presentation preparation. Expert in google suite meeting tools and adept/confident in use of meeting technology (or desire to self-train), including dual cameras, remote/hybrid combination meetings. Overall tech proficiency and confidence are highly desirable.
• Collaborate on projects that improve the employee experience, such as updating processes or creating internal guides.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation tools
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems
• Proactive and eager to learn about all facets of HR in a fast-paced environment
