This individual will oversee all aspects of the front desk and will report directly to the General Manager.Responsibilities include the following:Welcome guests to the venue with a smile and positive 5i attitudeProvide accurate wait times and monitor waiting listsManage reservations in MindBody, our booking softwareEscort customers to assigned simulator or bar areasProvide information on specials as well as memberships and league informationAcknowledge customers upon their departureCoordinate with wait staff about available simulator optionsMaintain a clean reception areaAnswer incoming calls and address customers’ inquiriesAssist other staff as neededRequired Qualifications:Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT requiredExperience in managing reservationsDemonstrable customer-service skillsExcellent communication skills both on the phone and in-personStrong organizational skills with the ability to monitor all simulators and bar areaAvailability to work various shifts as neededBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insurance*Long and Short Term Disability*Accident and Critical Illness Insurance*401K *Meals while working are included for free**Benefits only apply to Full-Time Employees**Pay: $11.35/hr tipsJob Type: Part time, non-exemptHours: Nights and weekends requiredFive Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
