Five Iron Golf is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Golf Instructor to join our growing team in Yukon, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is passionate about teaching the game, building a client base, and growing their income through lessons, clinics, and club fittings.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a performance-based compensation structure. Instructors earn a percentage of all lessons, junior clinics, and club fittings they conduct. The more lessons and programs you lead, the greater your earning potential.

To help instructors build relationships and grow their business, coaches will receive a complimentary Five Iron Golf membership, encouraging them to spend time on-site, engage with members, and connect with prospective students.
- Deliver high-quality private golf instruction to players of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and grow a personal lesson book
- Lead junior golf clinics and group instruction programs
- Conduct club fitting sessions using Trackman technology
- Create personalized improvement plans for students
- Build relationships with members and guests to generate lesson opportunities
- Maintain a professional, positive, and engaging coaching environment
- Represent Five Iron Golf's commitment to exceptional customer experiences
- Previous golf instruction or coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics, short game, and player development
- PGA Associate, PGA Professional, LPGA Professional, or equivalent coaching experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable using golf technology and performance data
- Passion for helping golfers improve and enjoy the game
