As we continue expanding, we are seeking a dynamic F&B Cost Manager to take ownership of food and beverage procurement across all locations, ensuring cost control, efficiency, and consistency in purchasing.
Position Overview
Food & Beverage Cost Manager – Specializes in tracking costs, analyzing COGS, identifying waste, implementing portion controls, and improving profitability through pricing and sourcing adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Purchasing & Cost Control
Analyze and monitor food and beverage COGS, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Identify and establish partnerships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective food and beverage sourcing.
Implement and oversee inventory management systems to minimize waste and improve stock efficiency.
Partner with Director of Food & Beverage , Culinary Team , and Operations Leaders to streamline purchasing and reduce overall COGS.
