As we continue expanding, we are seeking a dynamic F&B Cost Manager to take ownership of food and beverage procurement across all locations, ensuring cost control, efficiency, and consistency in purchasing.

Position Overview

Food & Beverage Cost Manager – Specializes in tracking costs, analyzing COGS, identifying waste, implementing portion controls, and improving profitability through pricing and sourcing adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Purchasing & Cost Control

Analyze and monitor food and beverage COGS, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Develop and implement national purchasing strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Standardize purchasing processes and negotiate national vendor agreements to leverage economies of scale.

Purchasing Supplier & Vendor Management

Identify and establish partnerships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective food and beverage sourcing.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistency and resolve any procurement issues efficiently.

Inventory & Compliance Oversight

Implement and oversee inventory management systems to minimize waste and improve stock efficiency.

Work closely with store-level teams and regional managers to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce overordering.

Ensure all locations comply with food safety regulations, supplier agreements, and company policies .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Director of Food & Beverage , Culinary Team , and Operations Leaders to streamline purchasing and reduce overall COGS.

Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to monitor cost trends and report on purchasing efficiency.

Assist in menu development by sourcing new products that balance cost and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in multi-unit food and beverage operations .

Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier contracts and national purchasing programs.

Proficiency in inventory management software, procurement platforms, and cost analysis tools .

Strong understanding of food and beverage COGS, pricing strategies, and waste reduction practices .

Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders across a national footprint .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Experience in golf entertainment, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage is a plus .

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary - $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience.

Bonus potential based on cost savings and purchasing efficiency improvements.
