The Role
You are a night owl. You prefer working when the rest of the city is winding down. At Five Guys, the Late Night Crew is essential to our operation. We don't use freezers, microwaves, or timers, so you will be cooking fresh food right until close. This shift is about consistency and finishing strong. You will handle the late-night rush, prep for the next day, and get the restaurant spotless. If you want a job with clear expectations and managers who actually listen, this is it.
Core Responsibilities:
- Cook Fresh: Prepare burgers and fries according to our specific recipes and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Take orders and serve late-night customers efficiently.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the cookline clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Closing Duties: Perform deep cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant is ready for the morning open.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with the line to ensure orders are accurate.

Minimum Qualifications:
