This is a floor-level management job. You will run the shift, guide the crew, and step in wherever needed to keep orders moving. It fits someone with food service experience who knows how to keep a kitchen clean, count down cash drawers, and train new staff on the fly.

What You Need

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of restaurant or shift management experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, and stay active during the shift

Preferred:

• Some college education
• Valid driver's license

Shift Responsibilities

• Lead the crew through your shift to make sure orders are cooked correctly and served on time.
• Coach new team members on prep work, cooking standards, and cleaning routines.
• Monitor food waste, manage daily cash procedures, and track accurate inventory data.
• Step in to handle customer questions and fix order issues quickly.
• Ensure the kitchen, lobby, and equipment stay clean and pass health inspection standards.
• Process new hire paperwork and report shift data directly to the General Manager.
