What you will do:
- Run the shift. You are in charge. You ensure the restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, and the team is moving.
- Coach your team. You aren't just a boss; you're a mentor. You will train new hires on our standards and help them grow.
- Manage the business. Assist the General Manager with labor costs, waste monitoring, and inventory.
- Handle the cash. Oversee daily cash procedures, drawer counts, and deposits with accuracy.
- Solve problems. When issues pop up—whether it's a customer concern or equipment trouble—you fix them quickly and professionally.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of job experience (restaurant or retail supervision preferred).
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Tech Skills: Proficient with basic computer systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (potatoes/oil) and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation required (for bank runs/deposits).
- Residency: Must be a U.S. resident.
