Food Service Shift Leader

What We Need From You

• Required:

Shift Responsibilities

• Direct crew members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Work all floor stations, including grill, prep, and register.
• Cook and prep food to exact brand standards.
• Clean the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
• Communicate clearly with the team in a loud, open kitchen setup.
• Execute daily morning prep and evening closing tasks.
