• Pay: Base$15.00 per hour Up to $18.00/hour (Base Tips Bonus)

• Shifts: Flexible scheduling required (Days, Nights, Weekends)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: Direct the crew during peak hours to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
• Hands-On Management: Jump on the line to cook, prep food, or take orders when the rush hits.
• Coaching: Train new team members and provide real-time feedback to help them improve.
• Guest Experience: Handle customer interactions and ensure every burger served is perfect.
• Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of previous leadership experience (Restaurant/Retail preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
