Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Shift: Direct the crew during peak hours to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
- Hands-On Management: Jump on the line to cook, prep food, or take orders when the rush hits.
- Coaching: Train new team members and provide real-time feedback to help them improve.
- Guest Experience: Handle customer interactions and ensure every burger served is perfect.
- Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 2 years of previous leadership experience (Restaurant/Retail preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
