- Job Type: Part-time (30-40 hours potential).
- Shifts: 8-10 hour shifts. Days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Role
At Five Guys, we don't use freezers, microwaves, or timers. Everything is fresh, real, and cooked to order. As a Crew Member, you are the heartbeat of the operation. You will prep fresh vegetables in the morning, hand-patty burgers, and work the grill during the lunch rush.

What You'll Be Doing
- Kitchen Prep: Cut potatoes, slice vegetables, and prep meat for the shift.
- Cooking: Operate the grill and fry station to prepare burgers and fries to our specific standards.
- Service: Take customer orders and ensure the dining room is clean.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with the rest of the line to keep orders moving accurately.
- Cleaning: Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow all food safety procedures.
The Pay & Perks
We believe in transparency. Here is how your pay breaks down:
- Base Rate: $15.00/hr ($14.00/hr for minors).
- Tips: Average ~$3.00/hr.
- Performance Bonus: Average ~$1.00/hr.
- Total Potential: Up to $19.00/hr (Adults) / $18.00/hr (Minors).

Requirements
