We just finished a massive upgrade to our Evansville shop. We cook entirely from scratch, which means you will not find a single freezer, microwave, or timer in the building. We train you on all station duties, from the prep tables to the grill. If you want steady hours and a chance to move up into leadership, this is a solid place to work.

What You Need

Required:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to the Village Commons location
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

• Ability to speak clearly to guests and call out orders to the kitchen

Your Shift Tasks

• Cut fresh potatoes and hand-roll beef patties for the shift.
• Take orders on the register and ensure they ring up accurately.
• Clean the lobby, wipe down tables, and sanitize the kitchen.
• Build burgers and drop fries on the line during busy rushes.
• Greet guests when they walk in and answer menu questions.
• Restock cups, bags, and ingredients so the next shift is ready.

Pay & Benefits

• $12.00 per hour guaranteed base pay
• Weekly tip share and bonuses bringing total pay up to $15.00 per hour
• Free meal during every shift you work
• Paid training on all stations
• Options for advancement into shift lead and management roles
• Target of 30 hours initially, moving to 40 hours once fully trained
