Fast Food Crew Member

Earn a base of $14.00 and up to $18.50 per hour as a Crew Member at the Five Guys in Key Road Plaza. This is a part-time role with scheduling focused around Friday and Saturday shifts.

We run a busy kitchen with no freezers and fresh ingredients. You will learn how to work every station and keep the line moving during peak hours.

What You Need:

Required:

• Age: 16 years or older
• Reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred:

• Willingness to learn new skills across different kitchen stations.
• Capable of working through problems during busy meal rushes.

Your Shift Duties:

• Take guest orders at the register and process payments accurately.
• Prep fresh ingredients following proper food handling procedures.
• Cook, portion, and assemble food to strict quality standards.
• Check bags and trays to ensure order accuracy before handing off to guests.
• Clean kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation standards at all prep stations.
• Wipe down tables, clear debris, and keep the dining room presentable.
