THE ROLE
Five Elms is expanding its central operations team and fastest-growing segment of the firm, Financial & Investor Operations (FIO). FIO tracks portfolio company performance, uses complex financial modeling to build company valuations, and articulates our firm strategy into clear, compelling narratives for senior partners, our investors, and portfolio company leadership.
