Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, including ELL support strategies
- Facilitate after-school tutoring sessions across various subjects, emphasizing comprehension and skill development
- Incorporate learning technology tools to enhance instruction and student engagement
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional approaches accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success and address specific challenges
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, participation, and academic achievements
Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners
- Experience with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience with children or early childhood education settings
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and engagement

Pay: $23.49 - $28.29 per hour
