- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Supervise team members during shifts, delegating tasks such as stocking, cashiering, and sales assistance.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, and any administrative duties
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to security protocols and managing loss prevention initiatives.

Skills
