Five Brothers Appliance is looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our Austin team. If you take pride in diagnosing problems correctly, completing dependable repairs, and getting appliances ready for customers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, and dishwashers.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems using diagnostic tools.
- Inspect and test appliances before and after repairs to confirm proper operation.
- Identify necessary replacement parts and communicate repair needs.
- Document completed work and maintain an organized workspace.
- Follow safe procedures when handling appliances, tools, and electrical components.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional home appliance repair experience.
- Experience servicing multiple major appliance brands.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use a multimeter.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely handle and move appliances using appropriate equipment.
Refrigeration and sealed-system repair experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are also a plus.
Compensation: Based on experience and demonstrated technical skills.
