Responsibilities
- Support the creation of social-first content from concept through final delivery, including filming and editing.
- Execute creative concepts and content briefs developed by the Social Creative Lead and marketing team.
- Produce multiple social-first videos each week while maintaining brand standards and quality.
- Write social copy for internally created posts across social platforms.
- Assist with managing project timelines to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Creative Lead and cross-functional partners to execute creative priorities.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform features, and emerging content formats.
- Assist in reviewing content performance and apply learnings to future content.
- Appear on camera as needed to support brand content across social platforms.
- 2 years of experience creating social-first content for a brand or agency, with a portfolio showcasing engaging, platform-native content preferred.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video for social media.
- Working knowledge of studio lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing tools) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating social-first content creation required.
- Must be Philadelphia based.
