Position Summary: Reporting to the eCommerce Web Merchandiser, the eCommerce Contractor will play a supporting role in building Five Below’s eCommerce presence and expanding the brand’s omni-channel footprint. The eCommerce Contractor will assist with the brand’s website/digital marketing efforts to meet revenue and conversion goals and play a role in the online brand experience. They will partner with cross-functional teams to execute exemplary site experience initiatives that drive conversion and sales. Job Responsibilities: Daily site QA-- ensure product assets are accurately portrayed online and able to problem solve & trouble shoot, escalation and resolution. Support product setup and approval in Salsify system. Support replatform initiative through QA, product attribution, etc. Troubleshoot DC receiving and customer service issues. Responsible for coordinating all content and assets of the eCommerce product launches working alongside our digital marketing team to ensure timely & accurate product launches. Understand website taxonomy and categorize SKUs on site with appropriate taxons. Boosting/pinning within categories based on site banner placement and email feature as well as seasonal relevance. Track traffic, conversion and sales performance weekly on assigned categories. Responsible for collecting and analyzing data on how users interact with our site. Partner with Marketing and social media & email team to identify initiatives to drive brand awareness, acquisition and positive customer sentiment. Work closely with the internal cross functional team including marketing, planning and allocations, category managers, and accounting/finance to profitably help grow and promote sales of our products. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in an eCommerce retail environment Previous experience working for a retail brand with an eCommerce presence and physical stores would be highly desirable. Experience working with Algolia search platform, Salsify and Commercetools (or similar) preferrable Demonstrate a passion for e-commerce retail, website and mobile experiences. Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities. Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources. Possesses critical thinking skills, supported by an understanding of web analytics with demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics. Knowledge about online campaign management preferred (AdWords, affiliate, product data feeds) Be conceptual and strategic but at the same time, relish being an owner, getting involved in the details of the business, and making things happen. Demonstrate strong personal commitment and be passionate about the business and the brand proposition. Be highly accountable, possessing a “can-do” attitude and a strong results orientation. Be comfortable in a collaborative environment; flexible and open to ideas coming from all areas and levels of the organization, but also confident and decisive. Not ego invested, highly collaborative, fully capable of functioning both independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred.
