The FIU Public Relations Student Society of America is dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in public relations, communications, and related fields. PRSSA focuses on networking opportunities such as agency tours, panels, luncheons, workshops, conferences, and exclusive experiences. PRSSA welcomes FIU students from all majors to connect with a large community of professionals who offer mentorships, internships, and employment.
POSITIONS
Liaison
- Responsible for: Coordinating agency tours, luncheons, and external networking events.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be an active student attending Florida International University.
- Attend Leadership Team meetings and events on Mondays:
Leadership Team meetings are held via Zoom at 7:00 PM unless there is an in‑person event at FIU (MMC). In those cases, the meeting will take place briefly at 6:30 PM prior to the event.
- Active PRSSA Membership:
You must have completed our General Body Membership Survey and paid your national dues through the PRSSA website. Detailed instructions can be found on our official website. If you’re not yet a member, we can discuss your membership during the interview.
