Fitzwilliams Tax Management is looking to grow our tax team! We're hiring Tax Preparers at from Mid-Level to Advanced-Level, to join our fast-paced, client-centered team in Virginia.
Responsibilities:
Prepare individual and/or business tax returns.
Gather and organize tax-related information from clients.
Apply relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate tax preparation.
Assist in internal audits and resolve client tax issues.
Provide tax advice and strategies as appropriate to the level of the role.
Requirements:
Must Have PTIN
Tax preparation or related experience (2-4 years for mid level, 4-6 years for advanced level).
Basic to advanced understanding of tax law and regulations, depending on level.
Proficiency in tax software, advanced for mid and advanced levels.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
