Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using both creativity and data to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist current Marketing Director
• Help develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and direct mail.
• Manage and grow Fitzwilliams Financial’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and client communications.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns and maintain accurate marketing lists.
• Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and data analysis.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Support event marketing, client webinars, and special projects.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Or 5 years of marketing experience (experience in financial services or professional services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Interest or experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Studio).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
