Local Property Management Company looking for General Maintenance Crew. Duties include the following:
- Aids daily operations and works well with others
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt on the job
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and senior maintenance workers
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
- Cleans and assists with upkeep on job sites, workshop, and vehicles
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Related experience preferred
- On-the-job training offered
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
