Job Summary:
Fitzpatrick Home Help Partners (FHHP) LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide essential in-home care services to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist elderly and disabled individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in activities to promote mental well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Aid clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair or other locations, using proper lifting techniques.
- Monitor and record any changes in clients' health, behavior, or condition and report to family members or supervisors as necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their prescribed medications on time.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or run errands as needed.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services provided during each shift.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and caregiving best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the needs of different clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, their families, and team members.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and providing physical support to clients.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
Working Conditions:

- Flexibility with scheduling is required; shifts may vary depending on client needs.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.

Pay: $17.15 - $18.00 per hour
