Key Responsibilities
- Manage an existing portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Process insurance quotes and applications across multiple commercial lines (General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Cyber, EPLI, D&O, Crime, and Fiduciary coverage).
- Prepare accurate policy documentation and ensure proper coverage analysis.
- Communicate with clients regarding quotes, policy details, and coverage recommendations.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation.
- Support insurance producers and management with research and analysis as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer programs and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Insurance industry experience is not required—we will provide comprehensive training needed for the role.

Work Schedule
This position begins as Full-Time, on-site in our Traverse City office during the training and establishment period. After demonstrating proficiency, and with manager approval, hybrid work scheduling is available. This flexibility is negotiable based on business needs and individual performance.
