Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication between customers, office staff, and field crews. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. * Season is approximately March - December. Lay-off maybe eight weeks more or less.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage emails, paperwork, invoices, and filing systems
- Coordinate schedules with sales and installation teams
- Prepare estimates, work orders, and basic reports
- Process payments and assist with billing
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
