Busy CPA/Law firm seeking a Customer Service, Admin. Assistant (Tustin) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by assisting them with their individual needs by calling them and responding to their calls regarding their tax needs, which includes following up on documents and payment for services.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and calling clients when we received Gov't notices to see if they need our assistance.Provide information about out services to address their needs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns they have regarding notices receivedDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services and tracking jobsQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerCompany DescriptionWe are a CPA and Law Office specializing in comprehensive tax services for individuals and businesses.
