Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, psychotherapy, and behavioral health, with a focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services. You will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions.
Experience
- Experience/ education in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in patient care, particularly with children, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques and individual/group counseling practices.
- Familiarity with behavioral health assessments and treatment planning.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Previous experience working with clients dealing with PTSD or similar conditions is a plus.
