Fitz Osborn Real Estate is a locally owned boutique brokerage serving the Kansas City metro. We’re looking for licensed real estate agents who want the freedom to build their own business—with accessible leadership, practical resources, and a supportive group of people behind them.
This opportunity is especially well-suited for established agents who are ready for a more personal brokerage experience, although motivated newer agents are also encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and your community
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Market listings and your real estate services
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions professionally
- Stay current on local market conditions and industry requirements
- Represent Fitz Osborn Real Estate with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Active Missouri real estate license, or currently working toward obtaining one
- Experienced agents are strongly encouraged to apply
- Self-motivated, dependable, and relationship-focused
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Willingness to grow a sustainable real estate business
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to serving clients well
- Kansas license is a plus, but not required
Compensation
