About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is a newly created position due to company expansion, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.
You will play a key role in driving efficient production planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes
- Analyze data and generate reports to improve scheduling accuracy and performance
- Manage scheduling in a high-SKU environment with multiple priorities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages or excess stock
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment (high SKU preferred)
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, data management)
- Solid understanding of production flow and inventory control
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with production, inventory, and sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $75K – $80K
- Discretionary bonus (average $2K annually)
