Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable classically trained Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Classical Pilates techniques and principles, along with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, promote overall wellness, and help clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment.
Duties
- Conduct semi-Private group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters client engagement and motivation.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them progress in their Pilates practice.
- Stay consistent in your personal Pilates practice and attend workshops and teacher classes (Studio will cover cost for workshops).
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes.
Requirements
- Comprehensive certification in Classical Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the classical order.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to adapt workouts for various skill levels and physical abilities of participants.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
