Are you passionate about health, wellness, and creating memorable experiences? FitPros is looking for motivated Event Staff to join our team for an exciting Health Fairs coming up in Austin, TX Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 9:30AM -2PM
You will love this role if:

- You are able to think quickly on your feet to use your problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the overall success of the fair, including:
- Serve as on-site lead for setup, break down, and vendor coordination
- Troubleshoot any technical or logistical issues (e.g., QR codes, signage)
- Capture photos and video content from the event
- Manage raffle prizes, fair activities, and staffing on-site
- Ensure all materials are organized and ready for use
